Evaluation and Strategic Planning Support with a Unique Perspective

Using community-centered approaches as our guiding value, we help national and local public health, social impact and healthcare institutions to create sustainable, measurable and transformative change through evaluation, strategic planning and process implementation support.

A UNIQUE PERSPECTIVE

If you're looking for a consulting group that can develop and integrate streamlined processes, identify impactful metrics and analyze data to measure effectiveness - you have plenty of great options for consulting groups. Maybe even a Masters or PhD Degree student.

But if you need to work with a team of consultants that (in addition to bringing these skills along) has actually been there.... we're your people.

Our consultants can plan and evaluate with the best of them, but we also have hands-on experience in the following areas:

Implementing Direct Service Programming with Community Members
Providing Executive Level Leadership and Technical Assistance for Direct Service Organizations

Leading Collective Impact Efforts
Evaluating the Effectiveness of Community Initiatives at the Local, Statewide and Federal level
Awarding Funding to Organizations Leading Community Initiatives

We get it. Getting better at what you do can be a challenging process. Leverage our arsenal of skills to guide and support the process.
